We scan tens of thousands of documents a week.Less than a year later, the CGA board is bad. According to Fujitsu support, this is a common problem. Not because the boards are bad, mind you, but because of the design. These scanners are huge and because of that, they are often shoved against walls. The constant rattling against the wall apparently causes the board to fail.After more than a week of Fujitsu going back and forth with our reseller, the reseller finally determined that yes, they can sell us a replacement board for just under $3,000.All ... . »
